用甜叶菊“中山一号”嫩茎或叶柄为外植体 ,MS为基本培养基 ,在附加BA(0 5mg/L) +NAA(0 2mg/L)的分化培养基上 ,分化率为85 % ;继代增殖在附加ZT(1 5mg/L) +NAA(0 1mg/L)的培养基上 ,每3~4周可增殖5~6倍 ;在附加BA(0 1mg/L) +NAA(0 5mg/L) +IBA(0 5mg/L)的生根培养基上 ,生根效果最好 ,出瓶前须炼苗2~3d ,生根苗移栽成活率在90 %以上
