把带坡面的PVC-U管段分别浸渍在不同温度的二氯甲烷溶剂内,放置不同的时间,根据其破坏情况分析了温度和浸渍时间对PVC-U管材二氯甲烷浸渍实验的影响。结果表明:①在相同温度下,坡口处的破坏面积随浸渍时间的延长缓慢增加。②在相同浸渍时间下,坡口处的破坏面积随温度升高明显增加,而且内表面也出现破坏现象;同时,温度的影响要大于浸渍时间的影响。③管材在不同位置的塑化情况有所差别,外表面、内表面、中间层(坡面)的塑化度依次降低。④正常塑化的合格管材在15、20℃时,浸渍时间在30 min以内没有出现破坏现象。
The PVC-U pipe with slope was immersed in methylene chloride solvent at different temperatures for different time. According to the destruction, the influence of temperature and immersion time on the experiment of impregnating PVC-U pipe with dichloromethane was analyzed. The results show that: ① At the same temperature, the failure area at the bevel slowly increases with the immersion time. ② Under the same immersion time, the area of damage at the groove increases obviously with the increase of temperature, and the failure of the inner surface also appears. At the same time, the influence of temperature is more than the effect of immersion time. ③ plastic pipe in different locations are different, the outer surface, the inner surface, the middle layer (slope) of the degree of plasticity in order to reduce. ④ normal plasticizing qualified pipe at 15,20 ℃, immersion time within 30 min did not appear to damage.
