我院自2003年10月15日-12月5日共收治轮状病毒肠炎并不全性肠梗阻共40例,采用静脉输液加灌肠、肠炎理疗综合治疗,疗效显著,且明显缩短病程,现将资料报告如下。1临床资料患儿男26例,女14例,<6月8例,6月-1岁20例,1岁-3岁12例。临床表现:腹泻40例,呕吐38例,腹胀40例,发热28例,阵发性哭闹10例。精神差35例,精神萎糜2例,肠鸣音减弱33例,肠鸣音活跃7例,轻度脱水35例,
