为了满足采矿系统自动化对多功能综合于一体的漏电保护系统性能提出的更高要求,设计了一种基于DSP TSM320C6678和单片机Atmega128双处理器的漏电保护系统。实验表明,该漏电保护系统性能稳定,动作可靠,解决了电阻值不固定、动作延时时间长及越级跳的问题,提高井下安全系数,为矿用漏电保护系统的设计和制造提供参考。
In order to meet the higher requirements of mining system automation on the multi-function integrated leakage protection system performance, a leakage protection system based on DSP TSM320C6678 and single-chip Atmega128 processor is designed. Experiments show that the leakage protection system has stable performance and reliable operation, and solves the problems of not stable resistance, long delay time and leapfrog operation, and improves the safety factor of mine, which can provide references for the design and manufacture of mine leakage protection system.
