目的评价单球囊与欣普贝生促宫颈成熟在妊娠晚期孕妇引产中的应用效果及对产妇负面心理情绪的影响。方法选择2015年1月-2016年12月在该院就诊的妊娠晚期有引产指征的孕妇100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用欣普贝生阴道后穹窿给药引产,观察组采用国产单球囊引产,比较两组产妇宫颈成熟度(Bishop评分)、分娩方式、总产程、并发症、1 min Apgar评分及产妇焦虑抑郁状态。结果两组宫颈Bishop评分均较干预前明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总产程明显缩短,1 min Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.05);剖宫产率低于对照组,围生期并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);产妇SAS和SDS值均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论单球囊在妊娠晚期孕妇引产中促宫颈成熟,改善妊娠结局,降低产妇负面心理情绪方面优于欣普贝生。 Objective To evaluate the effect of single balloon and Hinbbeyson on cervical ripening in late pregnancy induced labor and its effect on maternal negative emotions. Methods One hundred pregnant women who had induced labor induction during the third trimester of pregnancy from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. The control group received Yin Pubei vaginal fornix administration of induced abortion, the observation group using domestic single balloon induced labor, the two groups of maternal cervical maturity (Bishop score), mode of delivery, total labor, complications, 1 min Apgar score and maternal Anxiety and depression status. The cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of perinatal complications was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) SDS values ​​were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Single balloon in pregnant women in late pregnancy induction of cervical ripening to improve pregnancy outcomes, reduce maternal negative emotions better than Hinbebelle.
