大豆花叶病在我省发生普遍,危害严重,受害植株籽粒脂肪含量降低0.5%左右,单株减产15~90%,感病品种减产幅度为10~50%,一般减产25%左右。对花叶病的防治,美国采取的主要措施是利用抗病品种。我国对抗病品种的选育和利用亦引起广泛重视,但对抗花叶病资源的鉴定方法、品种抗性分级、评价标准及有关接种技术等,尚有待统一和规范化。因此,我们结合鉴定工作进行了如下试验研究。
Soybean mosaic disease is common and serious in our province. The fat content of the affected plants is reduced by about 0.5%, the plant yield is reduced by 15% -90%, the yield of susceptible varieties is reduced by 10% -50%, and the yield is reduced by 25%. Mosaic disease prevention and control, the United States to take the main measures is the use of resistant varieties. The breeding and utilization of disease-resistant cultivars in our country also attract a lot of attention. However, the identification methods, the classification of resistant varieties, the evaluation criteria and the related inoculation techniques to combat mosaic diseases have yet to be unified and standardized. Therefore, we carry out the following experimental studies in conjunction with the identification.
