激励,它是企业活力的源泉,是把企业目标和职工个人目标有机结合起来,有效地调动企业全体职工的积极性和创造性,实现企业经营目标的核心。本文从分析目前我国大中型企业激励工作失效的成因出发,借鉴和运用西方的激励理论,对当我国企业怎样进行有效激励提出一些较为系统的对策。
Incentives, which are the source of the vitality of an enterprise, combine the goals of the enterprise and the personal goals of the employees organically and effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of all the employees of the enterprise to achieve the core of the business objectives of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the causes of the failure of incentive work in large and medium-sized enterprises in our country at present, this paper draws lessons from and uses the western incentive theory to put forward some more systematic measures for how to encourage enterprises in our country effectively.
