机关单位通过几年的节能减排实践,已建立起一套较为完整的节能减排工作规范和考核指标,公共机构节能工作取得了初步成效。但就普通机关工作人员而言,虽然对保护环境、节能减排的重要意义有了一定的认识,但在个人行为参与度上还有进一步提高的空间。笔者认为要进一步提高机关工作人员在节能减排工作中的个人参与度这一角度。1.广泛深入地开展宣传发动,加大教育的广度和深度,提高行为的自觉性。
Through several years of practice of energy conservation and emission reduction, government agencies and units have established a relatively complete set of work standards and assessment indicators for energy conservation and emission reduction. The energy conservation work of public institutions has achieved initial success. However, as far as ordinary staff is concerned, although there is some understanding of the importance of protecting the environment and energy conservation and emission reduction, there is room for further improvement in the participation of individuals. The author thinks it is necessary to further enhance the staff’s participation in energy-saving emission reduction work in this perspective. 1. Carry out propaganda and mobilization in a broad and deep manner, increase the breadth and depth of education, and raise awareness of behavior.
