目的从新疆软紫草的丙酮水提取物中分离制备了咖啡酸四聚体对照品。方法经紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱确定结构。结果其相关数据与文献一致,纯度为98.11%。结论符合中药化学对照品含量测定要求,可作为高纯度咖啡酸四聚体化学对照品的制备分离方法。
Objective To prepare a caffeic acid tetramer reference product from the acetone aqueous extract of Xinjiang sorghum. Methods The structures were determined by UV, IR, NMR and MS. The results were consistent with the relevant data and the purity was 98.11%. Conclusions The method can be used as a preparation method for the separation of high-purity caffeic acid tetramer chemical controls in accordance with the requirements for determination of the content of chemical reference substances in traditional Chinese medicines.
