学生的自主发展并非齐头并进、整齐划一,而是各具特色、争奇斗艳的,学生身心发展水平之间的差异表现也是多方面的。每个学生不可能站在同一起跑线上,不可能以同样的速度,以同样的方式达到相同的终点。面对差异,在承认和正视的基础上,作为教师,更为积极的态度是要研究学生差异,善于捕捉教育契机,用尊重、鼓励和关爱来构建和谐的师生关系,促进师生和谐健康成长。
Students do not go hand in hand with their own development. Instead, they are distinctive and contested. The differences between students in their physical and mental development are also manifold. Each student can not stand on the same starting line and can not reach the same end of the line in the same way at the same pace. In the face of differences, on the basis of recognition and consideration, as a teacher, a more positive attitude is to study student differences, be good at capturing education opportunities, build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students with respect, encouragement and care, and promote the harmonious health of teachers and students growing up.
