为了得到高温高湿造纸工业厂房内温湿度分布规律,对不同地区、不同季节的5个造纸厂房热湿环境进行了现场实测与调查。通过对测试数据的分析,得出厂房温度沿高度方向分层分布的规律,而且夏季温升明显大于冬季温升。推导得出造纸厂房6m高度以内冬夏季温度在垂直方向上随高度变化的拟合关系式。发现相对湿度与含湿量随高度分层分布的特性,但两者并不完全一致,且两者分布规律与厂房纸机设备散湿量及其散湿方式密切相关。总结出对人体有害的工作区域。所得到的温湿度分布规律为优化造纸车间通风系统设计、改善工人工作环境和设备运行环境提供了参考依据。
In order to get the law of temperature and humidity distribution in high temperature and high humidity paper industry workshop, the field test and investigation were carried out on the hot and humid environment of 5 papermaking factories in different regions and different seasons. Through the analysis of the test data, the law of stratification of plant temperature along the height direction is obtained, and the temperature rise in summer is obviously larger than that in winter. The fitting relation between vertical height and temperature in winter and summer within 6m height of paper mill was deduced. Found that the relative humidity and moisture content with the height of the distribution of the characteristics of stratification, but the two are not exactly the same, and the distribution of the two is closely related to plant paper machine equipment and its wet bulk wetting methods. Summarized the work area harmful to the human body. The obtained law of distribution of temperature and humidity provides a reference for optimizing the ventilation system design of papermaking workshop, improving working environment of workers and equipment operating environment.
