分析３８例贲门癌双期增强动态ＣＴ扫描的影像表现，并与手术、病理进行对比，进一步评价动态ＣＴ扫描对肿瘤检出及ＴＮＭ分期的价值。结果显示早期、进展期贲门癌检出率分别为 ８０．０％和 ９３．９％。ＴＮＭ分期准确率８１．６％，贲门癌可切除准确率８９．７％。贲门癌主要ＣＴ表现是胃壁局限或广泛增厚，增强早期胃癌呈不均匀强化。提示双期增强动态ＣＴ扫描对贲门癌诊断有意义，以增强早期效果好。在选择治疗方案时，提供有益信息。
The imaging findings of 38 cases of cardia cancer with double phase enhanced dynamic CT scan were analyzed and compared with the operation and pathology to further evaluate the value of dynamic CT scan in detection of tumor and TNM staging. The results showed that early detection rate of advanced cardia cancer was 80.0% and 93.9%. TNM staging accuracy rate of 81.6%, cardiac resectability accuracy of 89.7%. Cardiac cancer main CT performance is limited or extensive gastric wall thickening, enhanced early gastric cancer showed uneven enhancement. Prompted two-phase enhanced dynamic CT scan for the diagnosis of cardiac cancer meaningful to enhance the early effect. When choosing treatment options, provide useful information.
