为了减轻常减压蒸馏塔塔顶的腐蚀,国内炼油厂普遍采用了注氨、注水的措施,但塔顶的初凝区仍存在较严重的腐蚀。在分析常减蒸馏塔顶刻凝区NH3-HCI-H2S-H2O气液相平衡关系的基础上,阐明了注氨状态下,酸性腐蚀区形成的原理,为使用BZH-1中和缓蚀剂提供了缓蚀的理论依据。并经北京燕山石油化工公司炼油厂现场应用,结果证明该剂的援蚀效果良好。
