随着我国经济、科技、文化的发展,社会对艺术设计人才需求的日益增加,推动了高校艺术设计教育的空前繁荣。从学生就业反馈的信息显示,在激烈的就业竞争中,市场对设计人才的要求越来越高。它不仅要求设计人员具有较高的综合素质,同时还要求设计人员必须具备精湛的专业设计能力和较强的责任心。因此,艺术设计人才的设计水平与综合素质的培养成为高校关注的焦点。
With the development of economy, science and technology, and culture in our country, the increasing demand for art and design professionals in society has promoted the unprecedented prosperity of art and design education in colleges and universities. Feedback from the employment of students shows that in the fierce employment competition, the market demand for design talent is getting higher and higher. It not only requires designers with high overall quality, but also requires designers must have superb professional design ability and strong sense of responsibility. Therefore, the design level of art and design talent and the cultivation of comprehensive quality become the focus of attention of colleges and universities.
