考察了11株棕色蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)菌株的形态特征和栽培性状,并利用酯酶同工酶方法和ITS序列分析技术分析了其亲缘关系。结果表明,供试的11株棕色蘑菇菌株在形态特征和栽培性状上都表现出一定的差异性。同工酶和ITS序列分析都能对供试菌株进行初步鉴别,表明供试11株棕色蘑菇菌株亲缘关系较近。
The morphological characteristics and cultivation traits of 11 strains of Agaricus bisporus were investigated. The genetic relationship was also analyzed by esterase isozymes and ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that the 11 brown mushroom strains tested showed some differences in morphological characteristics and cultural traits. Isozyme and ITS sequence analysis of the tested strains can be initially identified, indicating that the test 11 strains of brown mushrooms closer genetic relationship.
