为了探讨不同生长年限对党参质量控制的影响,同时建立快速测定党参中微量铁、铜、锌、锰的方法。采用悬浮液进样-FAAS用于党参样品的测定,悬浮于琼脂胶体中,直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰中,用标准加入法测定。不同生长年限的党参中微量元素的含量变化存在一定的规律性,这主要与中药材的生长年限有关,其次与中药材的产地有关;Fe元素含量较高,而Cu、Zn、Mn的含量远低于Fe,随着种植年限的增长Fe的含量不断下降;而Zn的含量变化趋势则因产地的不同而不同,Cu和Mn的含量随生长年限的增大而下降但规律性不是很明显。不同生长年限的党参中微量元素的含量变化存在一定的规律性;本法用于党参中微量铜、铁、锌、锰的测定,快速、准确、无污染、试剂用量少,能广泛应用于中草药中微量元素的测定。
In order to explore the influence of different growth years on the quality control of Codonopsis pilosula, a method for rapid determination of trace iron, copper, zinc and manganese in Codonopsis pilosula was established. The suspension sample-FAAS was used for the determination of Codonopsis samples, suspended in agar gel, sprayed directly into the air-acetylene flame and measured by standard addition method. The content of trace elements in Codonopsis pilosula of different growth years has certain regularity, which is mainly related to the growth period of Chinese herbal medicines, followed by the origin of Chinese herbal medicines; the content of Fe element is higher while the content of Cu, Zn and Mn is far Below Fe, the content of Fe decreased continuously with the increase of planting years. However, the trend of Zn content varied with the producing areas. The content of Cu and Mn decreased with the increase of growing years, but the regularity was not obvious. This method is applicable to the determination of trace amounts of copper, iron, zinc and manganese in Codonopsis pilosula, which is rapid, accurate, non-polluting, with less dosage and can be widely used in Determination of Trace Elements in Chinese Herbal Medicine.
