以榅桲子叶为试材,研究了基本培养基、激素组合等对榅桲子叶初代培养、继代培养和生根培养的影响。结果表明:初代培养基以1/4MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,诱导效果最好,芽诱导率达75.0%;继代培养基以MS+6-BA 0.6 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L,组培苗叶绿,舒展;生根培养基蘸IBA 50.0 mg/L,时间3 s,30 d生根率最高,可达75%;驯化移栽,以锯末为介质,成活率为78%。
The effects of basic medium and hormone combination on the primary culture, subculture and rooting of Cuscutae seedlings were studied using cotyledon cotyledon as test material.
