[目的]探索miR-375、Bcl-2基因在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义.[方法]采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测miR-375、Bcl-2 mRNA在48例乳腺癌组织及其配对48例乳腺癌旁组织中的表达,并分析miR-375、Bcl-2 mRNA在乳腺癌不同临床病理参数间的差异表达及其相关性.[结果]与乳腺癌旁组织相比,miR-375、Bcl-2 mRNA在乳腺癌组织中分别呈现显著低表达和高表达(P<0.05),且Bcl-2 mRNA与miR-375的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.648,P<0.05).另外,Bcl-2 mRNA、miR-375的表达均与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05).[结论]miR-375可能通过靶向Bcl-2 mRNA促进乳腺癌的进展,影响乳腺癌患者的预后.“,”[Objective] To investigate the expression and significance of miR-375 and Bcl-2 genes in breast cancer.[Methods]The expression of miR-375 and Bcl-2 mRNA in 48 cases of breast cancer and 48 cases of adjacent breast cancer tissues were detected by real-time quantitative PCR,The differential expression and correlation of miR-375 and Bcl-2 mRNA in different clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer were analyzed.[Results]Compared with adjacent breast cancer tissues,miR-375 and Bcl-2 mRNA showed significantly lower expression and high expression in breast cancer tissues (P <0.05),respectively,and the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA was negatively correlated with the expression of miR375 (r =-0.648,P <0.05).In addition,the expression of Bcl-2,mRNA and miR-375 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer (P <0.05).[Conclusion] MiR-375 may promote the progression of breast cancer by targeting Bcl-2 mRNA,and affect the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
