目的了解福州市医用X射线诊断设备的性能状况,推进放射影像的质量保证工作,加强影像质量管理。方法依据WS 76-2011《医用常规X射线诊断设备影像质量控制检测规范》,用诊断X射线机多功能质量检测系统对X射线诊断摄影、透视机的主要性能指标进行状态检测。结果 56家84台医用诊断X射线机的影像质量控制检测,合格率48.8%,其中X射线摄影机检测项目中“光野与照射野四边的偏离最大值”合格率最低(53.5%),X射线透视机检测项目中“入射体表空气比释动能率典型值”合格率最低(64.7%)。结论福州市医用常规X射线诊断设备质量控制检测合格率偏低,需进一步加强医用常规X射线诊断设备影像质量控制检测。
Objective To understand the performance of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in Fuzhou, promote the quality assurance of radiological images and strengthen the image quality management. Methods Based on WS 76-2011 “Medical X-ray diagnostic equipment image quality control testing specification”, with the diagnostic X-ray multifunctional quality testing system for X-ray diagnostic photography, the main performance indicators of the fluoroscopy machine state detection. Results The image quality control tests of 84 84 sets of medical diagnostic X-ray machines showed that the pass rate was 48.8%. The X-ray camera testing items had the lowest pass rate (53.5%) and the lowest pass rate Radioscopy test items “incident surface air kerma typical ” the lowest pass rate (64.7%). Conclusion Fuzhou medical routine X-ray diagnostic equipment quality control test pass rate is low, the need to further strengthen the medical routine X-ray diagnostic equipment image quality control testing.
