目的探讨小鼠肾脏发育过程中抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2的表达。方法选取胚龄16(E16d)、18d和出生后1d(P1d)、3、5、7d、14和21d的昆明小白鼠共54只,应用免疫组织化学技术并结合体视学分析方法,观察小鼠肾脏不同发育时期树脂切片上Bcl-2的表达。结果在小鼠肾脏发育过程中,Bcl-2的阳性表达主要出现在近端小管,从E18 d到P1 d,Bcl-2阳性表达肾小管面数密度的增长速度最快,在P7 d之后,Bcl-2阳性表达肾小管面数密度的增长速度的变化不大。结论在肾的早期发育过程中,Bcl-2主要影响了近端小管的存活或死亡。
Objective To investigate the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 during mouse kidney development. Methods A total of 54 Kunming mice aged 18 days (E16d), 18d and 1d (P1d), 3, 5, 7d, 14 and 21d were selected for immunohistochemistry and stereological analysis Expression of Bcl-2 on resin sections of mouse kidney at different developmental stages. Results The positive expression of Bcl-2 mainly occurred in the proximal tubule during the development of mouse kidney. From E18 d to P1 d, the number of Bcl-2 positive tubular surface density increased most rapidly. After P7 d, Bcl-2 positive expression of the number of tubular surface density changes in little change. Conclusions Bcl-2 mainly affects the survival or death of proximal tubules in the early development of the kidney.
