随着矿井开采深度的不断增加,热害已成为了继矿井五大灾害后的又一灾害,高温矿井中掘进工作面的热害最为突出。惯用的加大通风量的方法已无法满足降温要求,而采用空调降温电耗成本又太高,因此,采用绝热方法降温很有必要。运用流体力学和传热学的理论,在掘进巷道设置主、副巷道以改变巷道的传热结构和风流结构,实现了非人工制冷降温。得出选用性能良好的隔热材料、合理设置副巷道的宽度和对副巷道风流进行层流控制,是获得良好降温效果的关键,并给出了实现副巷道风流为层流状态的准则判别式及范围,导出了设置隔热板前后的热阻计算公式。唐洞煤矿的实践证明,掘进巷道采用隔热分流排热降温技术后,局部通风机送入掘进工作面的风流温度降低了2.5℃;单个人体获得的辐射热从得热56 W变成了失热27W;由隔热板、副巷道及围岩形成的复合传热结构的热阻增加了42.64%;主巷道中的风流温度降低了5.5℃。这表明掘进巷道隔热分流排热降温效果很好,有推广价值。
