自认制度在民事诉讼法界是一项十分重要的制度,它关系到当事人的合法利益,也关系到法律的公平和正义。我们应当不断地从立法中完善自认制度,完善各种诉讼程序中的制度,从而能在司法实践中做到尽善尽美。
The system of self-identification is a very important system in the civil law jurisprudence. It relates to the legitimate interests of the parties and also to the fairness and justice of the law. We should constantly perfect the system of self-recognition from the legislation and improve the system in various legal procedures so that we can make perfect in judicial practice.
