目的了解泰州市桶装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌污染状况,为安全饮水提供科学依据,为饮用水的卫生监督管理提供基础资料。方法 2014年-2015年在泰州市区采集不同品牌桶装饮用水100份,按照GB/T 8538—2008《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》进行监测。结果采集100份桶装饮用水样中,16份水样检出铜绿假单胞菌,检出率为16.0%,其中2014年桶装水铜绿假单胞菌的检出率为10.0%,2015年桶装水样中铜绿假单胞菌的检出率为22.0%,2年检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泰州市桶装饮用水铜绿假单胞菌污染状况存在食品安全隐患,监督部门应加大监管力度,加强主动监测。
Objective To understand the status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination in bottled drinking water in Taizhou City and provide a scientific basis for safe drinking water and provide basic information for sanitary supervision and management of drinking water. Methods From 2014 to 2015, 100 samples of bottled drinking water from different brands were collected in downtown Taizhou, and monitored in accordance with GB / T 8538-2008 Test Method for Drinking Natural Mineral Water. Results Among 100 samples of bottled drinking water, 16 samples were positive for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the detection rate was 16.0%. Among them, the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in tap water was 10.0% in 2014, 2015 The annual detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottled water samples was 22.0%, with no significant difference in 2 years detection rate (P> 0.05). Conclusion Taizhou city bottled drinking water Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination of food safety risks exist, supervision departments should step up supervision and strengthen proactive monitoring.
