师生互动是新课程标准对“教学过程”提出的明确要求,具有重要的教育价值,有利于发挥教师的主导作用,凸显学生的主体地位,有益师生的心理健康。目前,在中小学课堂教学中,师生互动还存在观念有所偏差、形式较为单一、深度有待拓展等问题。通过构建平等和谐的师生关系、创设轻松愉快的教学氛围、运用课堂交流的方法技巧进一步促进师生的有效互动。
Teacher-student interaction is the explicit requirement of the new curriculum standards to “teaching process ”. It has important educational value, is conducive to the play of the leading role of teachers, highlights the student’s main status, and is beneficial to teachers and students’ mental health. At present, in the classroom teaching of primary and secondary schools, the teacher-student interaction still has some problems such as deviations in the concepts, relatively single forms, and deeper development. By building an equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship, creating a relaxed and pleasant teaching atmosphere, and using classroom communication methods and techniques to further promote effective interaction between teachers and students.
