最近,应江苏省社会科学院邀请,著名经济学家,中国社会科学院特邀顾问、八届全国人大常委刘国光教授就当前我国的宏观经济形势以及改革与发展等问题作学术报告,报告会由省委常委、省委党委校长兼省社科院院长胡福明主持,省社科院党委书记贾轸、副院长刘钰以及院内外数十位专家学者与会听取报告。 刘国光教授在报告中首先分析了当前的宏观经济形势。他说,改革开放以来,我国经济运行经历4次周期:1977──1981年、1982─—1986年、1987─1990年、1991年至现在。目前正处于第4个周期的中后期。前一个周期的高峰是1988年,这次周期的高峰是1993年,确有些过热,所以加强了宏观调控、1993年分两段,下半年有紧缩有调整,控制过热,软着陆,全年仍保持了比较快的速度。对当前宏观经济形势,认识不一 Recently, at the invitation of the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, a famous economist and invited consultant of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Prof. Liu Guoguang, member of the Standing Committee of the Eighth NPC, gave an academic report on the current macro-economic situation in our country, as well as on issues such as reform and development.
