科学建立合作学习小组,是现代教育环境中学生合作学习成功的关键因素。小组合作学习要求每人有事干,特别要给待优生安排适当的学习任务,使他们感受到小组合作学习的快乐。小组合作学习能增强学生的集体意识和主人翁意识,从而激起学生的学习兴趣。通过小组合作学习的方式,学生不仅懂得了要帮助学习有困难的同学,而且做到了不抱怨、不责怪学习上犯错的同学。让优生带动待优生。
Establishing a cooperative learning group scientifically is the key factor for the success of cooperative learning in modern educational environment. Group cooperative learning requires everyone to do something, especially to give eugenics to arrange appropriate learning tasks so that they feel the joy of cooperative learning group. Group cooperative learning can enhance students ’collective awareness and sense of ownership, thus arousing students’ interest in learning.
