本文介绍如何利用SAP系统实现基建物资从计划、采购、入库、出库等环节的全流程的信息化管理,并以统管直达物资为例,分析在SAP系统中通过上传验收单的功能,以及系统在后台自动完成物管中心从外部供应商收货入库、物资调拨、二级单位物资入(出)库等一系列操作的软件开发逻辑和程序实现发放。
This article describes how to use SAP system to realize the information management of infrastructure materials from the planning, procurement, storage, outbound and other aspects of the whole process, taking the direct control of materials as an example to analyze the function of uploading and receiving orders in SAP system, The system automatically finishes the software development logic and procedures of a series of operations such as receipt and storage of materials by an external supplier, dispatch of goods and materials, entry and exit of second-level units into and out of warehouse.
