今年初春,中国上演了两出有声有色、令世人瞩目的活剧:由中国政府主导、国企扮演重要角色的3.5万名滞留利比亚的中国同胞的成功大撤离;在北京圆满召开了以审议“十二五”规划为主题的十一届全国人大四次会议和全国政协十一届四次会议。这两场气度不凡的活剧,传出一种主流声音:中国人的幸福指数在提升。
In the spring of this year, China staged two vivid and dramatic live-action shows: the success of the 35,000 Chinese compatriots in Libya, led by the Chinese government and dominated by the state-owned enterprises, has greatly evacuated; the successful convening of a “ Two five ”planning as the theme of the Fourth Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress and the Fourth Session of the Eleventh CPPCC National Committee. These two extraordinary lively drama come out of a mainstream voice: Chinese happiness index is rising.
