目的:探讨内固定结合中医内服外熏法治疗踝关节骨折(AF)的临床疗效。方法:对100例AF患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照随机数字表法分组。在内固定治疗的基础上,对照组(n=50)术后行常规治疗,观察组(n=50)加用中药内服外熏疗法,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,观察组踝关节功能恢复情况、临床疗效均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位内固定结合中药内服外熏法治疗AF疗效理想,可加快骨折愈合,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and external use of smoked method in the treatment of ankle fracture (AF). Methods: The clinical data of 100 AF patients were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to the random number table. On the basis of internal fixation, the control group (n = 50) underwent routine treatment after operation, and the observation group (n = 50) plus traditional Chinese medicine external smoked therapy, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the recovery of ankle joint function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine outside the smoked method of treatment of AF ideal effect, can speed up the fracture healing, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
