本文根据粤港澳经济联系与合作的现状和未来发展的势态,提出要从已有的粤港澳之间的联系与合作,向层次更高、效益更佳的路向拓展。通过营造现代企业制度,逐步实现粤港澳企业的“嫁接”;近期首先拓展深圳、珠海与香港、澳门的小自由经济区,远期目标实现广东全境与港澳地区的资金、技术、物资和人员等的自由畅通,完成粤港澳自由经济区的构建,为中国模式自由经济区的建立和发展,提供可供借鉴的示范。本文分析了构建粤港澳自由经济区的内外要素及其实施的战略设想。 Based on the current situation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao economic ties and cooperation and the trend of future development, this paper proposes that we should extend the existing links, cooperation and cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Maucao to a higher level and more effective.
