液膜扩散微型实验是在点滴皿的平面上,使反应物的溶液滴形成易于观察的膜,从而提高透视度和分辨率。物质在膜间自然扩散反应过程中,随着物质的量的规律性变化,形成从反应物经中间产物到生成物连续的对比现象。用这种方法鉴定NO3-和Co2+,比传统方法简单,用药量少,现象明显。实验过程可以直接观察,也可以用显微镜观察,还可以用投影演示;如果拍摄成照片或录像,则可作为教学资料。
