Objective To investigate the effect of ligation on immune function through the regulation of regulatory T cells in vasectomized mice. Methods A total of 120 male Balb / c mice were divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group received vasectomy. Peripheral blood was collected at 10, 16, 20, and 24 weeks after operation, and CD4 + CD25 + CD127-regulatory T cells were detected by flow cytometry. Results The percentages of CD4 + CD25 + CD127-regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of mice at 10 weeks and 16 weeks after operation were not significantly different from those of the control group. The levels of CD4 + CD25 + CD127- Regulatory T cell percentage was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion Vasectomy may affect the regulatory T cells of the test animals for a certain period of time.
