研究了羟甲基化木质素对钢丝编织胶管胶料性能的影响。结果表明,随着羟甲基化木质素用量的增大,橡胶与镀铜钢丝间的H抽出力逐渐增大;当羟甲基化木质素用量为30~40份时,其增进粘合效果与间-甲-白粘合体系相当。SEM分析表明,羟甲基化木质素在橡胶基体中分散良好;RPA和DMA分析表明,羟甲基化木质素能够在橡胶基体中形成较强填料网络,具有良好补强效果。
The effect of hydroxymethylated lignin on the properties of steel wire braided hose compound was studied. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of hydroxymethylated lignin, the H pull-out force between the rubber and copper-coated steel wire increased gradually. When the amount of hydroxymethylated lignin was 30-40, it increased the adhesion effect And between - A - white adhesive system. SEM analysis showed that the methylolated lignin dispersed well in the rubber matrix. The results of RPA and DMA indicated that the methylolated lignin could form a strong filler network in the rubber matrix with good reinforcing effect.
