随着国际社会呈现多元化发展,培养创新型人才是我国高等院校的重要课题,高等院校在国际市场营销教学中应以实践为主,从而培养学生的创新精神以及创业思想,在教学过程中,高校教师应借助网络技术,努力发掘学生的对外营销能力,遵从学生个性化发展,坚持以学生为主体,教师为引导的教学理念,培养学生的国际市场营销的职业技能与创新创业精神。因此,本文从高等院校的教学改革背景出发,提出了国际市场营销教学改革的几点建议,希望对高等院校学生的创新创业精神的培养有所帮助。
With the diversified development of the international community, it is an important issue to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities in our country. Colleges and universities should practice in the international marketing and teaching, so as to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and entrepreneurial thinking. In the teaching process Middle and high school teachers should make use of network technology to make efforts to explore the students ’external marketing ability, comply with the individualized development of students, insist on the teaching principle of taking students as the main body and teachers as guide, cultivate the students’ vocational skills of international marketing and the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, based on the background of teaching reform in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of international marketing teaching, hoping to help the students of colleges and universities to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit.
