为分析骨髓移植（ＢＭＴ）后白血病复发的相关因素，报告６０例异基因ＢＭＴ治疗白血病的临床资料。全部病例统计ＢＭＴ后白血病复发率为２５％；在急性白血病第１次完全缓解期和慢性粒细胞白血病（慢粒）慢性期行ＢＭＴ的病例复发率为１９％。对ＢＭＴ后白血病复发的可能相关因素统计分析的结果表明：急性白血病第１次完全缓解期和慢粒慢性期患者复发率低；有急性或（和）慢性移植物抗宿主病者复发率低；急性粒细胞白血病－Ｍ３型复发率低。对其它一些ＢＭＴ后白血病复发的可能相关因素进行了讨论。
To analyze the related factors of leukemia recurrence after bone marrow transplantation (BMT), clinical data of 60 allogeneic BMT leukemia patients were reported. The recurrence rate of leukemia after BMT was 25% in all cases. The recurrence rate of BMT in the first complete remission of acute leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) was 19%. Statistical analysis of the possible related factors of relapse after BMT showed that the relapse rate of patients with acute leukemia in the first complete remission and chronic chronic phase was low; the recurrence rate was low in patients with acute or chronic graft-versus-host disease; Acute myeloid leukemia-type M3 recurrence rate is low. Other possible causes of relapse after leukemia after BMT are discussed.
