教育的根本功能是促进人的成长与发展。在当前的教育中,还存在一些令人担忧的问题:学生找不到自己的优点、缺少自信;家长期望过于单一、过高;教师以成绩区分学生,好心办坏事。“赏识教育”是充分肯定学生,通过心理暗示,不断培养学生的自尊心和自信心,从而使其不仅有勇于进取的信心,而且有不断进取的动力。本文通过详尽的、典型的教育实例,从五个方面阐述了在教育教学中如何才能把教师的赏识作用发挥出来,取得较好的效果。
The fundamental function of education is to promote human growth and development. In the current education, there are still some worrisome problems: students can not find their own strengths, lack of confidence; parents expect too single, too high; teachers to differentiate students by grade, kind-hearted bad things. “Appreciation education ” is fully affirmed students, through psychological suggestion, and constantly develop students’ self-esteem and self-confidence, so that it not only has the courage to forge ahead of the confidence, but also keep making progress. Through detailed and typical examples of education, this article elaborates in five aspects how to bring teachers’ appreciation role into play and achieve better results in education and teaching.
