本文着重探讨油菜籽粕中提取硫苷的主要影响因素 ,利用正交法安排实验 ,试验结果表明 :10 0℃ 80 %甲醇提取10 m in样品溶液比为 1/ 10时硫苷提取量最大。提出了适合不同用途的实用方法
In this paper, the main influencing factors of extracting glucosinolate from rapeseed meal were discussed. The orthogonal experiment was used to arrange the experiment. The results showed that the amount of glucosinolate extracted was the highest when the ratio of 10% methanol to 10% solution was 1/10. Put forward practical methods suitable for different purposes
