龙骨梁为飞机结构中重要的纵向加强件,主要承受压缩载荷。国内外对此结构的设计思路多种多样,但基本以盒型结构作为主要承载单元。针对飞机龙骨梁中常见的两类典型盒型结构,从受压屈曲模态、应力分布两个方面,利用ABAQUS分析了两种筋条-蒙皮材料分配比例盒型结构的设计特点,以期能够对盒段结构的细节设计过程起到帮助。
The keel beam is an important longitudinal reinforcement in the aircraft structure and is mainly subjected to compressive loads. Domestic and foreign design ideas for this structure vary, but the basic box-shaped structure as the main carrying unit. According to two typical box-type structures commonly used in aircraft keel beams, the design characteristics of box-type structure with two types of rib-skin material distribution ratios were analyzed by using ABAQUS in terms of buckling mode and stress distribution.
