目的了解南京市家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法采用微量点滴法,按全国家蝇抗性评判标准[3]进行判定抗性级别分类。结果南京市家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯产生中等抗性,LD50为0.0331μg/♀;对溴氰菊酯和敌敌畏达到高抗性,LD50分别为0.0106μg/♀、0.1191μg/♀。结论家蝇防治工作中应合理使用杀虫剂,减少高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和敌敌畏的使用,并加强抗药性监测,预防和延缓家蝇抗药性的产生与发展。
Objective To understand the current status of housefly resistance to commonly used insecticides in Nanjing and provide evidence for the development of control strategies. Methods The micro-drip method was used to determine the resistance level according to the standard of domestic flies resistance evaluation [3]. Results Musca domestica had moderate resistance to beta-cypermethrin, with a LD50 of 0.0331 μg / ♀, high resistance to deltamethrin and dichlorvos, with LD50 of 0.0106 μg / ♀ and 0.1191 μg / ♀, respectively. Conclusion The pesticide should be used rationally in the prevention and control of housefly to reduce the use of beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin and dichlorvos and strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance to prevent and delay the emergence and development of housefly drug resistance.
