本文报告了用工业CYJ-1型超声波速检测仪进行人体软组织声速测量的方法。指出测量人体软组织对超声诊断的必要性和临床意义。作者对此仪器和测量方法作了一些改进,使适合于薄的软组织测量。在标准蒸馏水中作了大量的测量,得出了修正值,使测量的平均误差达到1‰。此法既适用于离体标本的测量,也适用于对手术台上活体组织的测量。
This paper reports the method of using the industrial CYJ-1 ultrasonic velocity detector to measure the velocity of soft tissue in human body. Pointed out the necessity and clinical significance of measuring human soft tissue for ultrasonic diagnosis. The author made some improvements to the instrument and measurement method, making it suitable for thin soft tissue measurements. A large number of measurements were made in standard distilled water and the corrected values were obtained, resulting in an average measurement error of 1 ‰. This method is not only suitable for the measurement of isolated specimens, but also for the measurement of living tissue on the operating table.
