教师这一职业并不一定是幸福的,只有在教育工作中能充分感受这一职业的内在尊严和充分实现自己人生价值的教师才是幸福的。教师的幸福就是自由地实现自己的职业理想的一种主体生存状态。教师的幸福不止于物质生活,学生的健康成长、学业的进步、自身的专业发展,都是对教师生命意义的确证。而现实是由于各种矛盾及原因,让教师普遍感到工作辛苦、精神疲惫,职业倦怠感增 Teachers are not necessarily happy in this occupation. Only teachers who can fully feel the intrinsic dignity of their profession and fully realize the value of their own life in education are happy. Teacher’s happiness is a kind of subjective survival condition of realizing their own professional ideal freely. Teachers’ happiness is not limited to material life. Students’ healthy growth, academic progress and their professional development are all testimony to the meaning of teachers’ lives. The reality is due to a variety of contradictions and causes, so that teachers generally feel hard work, mental fatigue, increased job burnout
