21世纪是一个需要人才的世纪,世界已进入知识经济时代,人力资源成为社会和企业发展的关键因素。本文从人事管理的内涵出发,就目前企业人事管理中存在的问题进行分析,并对如何做好现代企业人事管理工作提出建议。
The 21st century is a century that requires talent. The world has entered the era of knowledge-based economy. Human resources have become the key factor in social and enterprise development. Based on the connotation of personnel management, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the personnel management of enterprises and puts forward suggestions on how to do the personnel management in modern enterprises.
