饭店命名的原则一般有四:一是以饭店的性质命名,如“×××烤鸭庙”“×××包子铺”“×××饺子馆”;二是以店主的姓或名命名,如“赵记馄饨馆”“王记抻面馆”“桂兰小吃店”;三是以地名为店名,如“西湖酒家”“太阳岛餐厅”;四是取发达、吉利字眼为店名,如“全聚德”“东来顺”。 但是,哈尔滨市南岗区西大桥附近有一个“清真犇羴鱻”饭店,店名却十分费解。姑且不说它笔画繁多(“犇”12画,“羴”18画,“鱻”33画),又都是已废除的异体字、生僻字,就从字义上来讲,也同上述饭店命名的一般原则毫不相干。
