通过盆栽试验,探讨了2,4-D丁酯土壤封闭处理对黑龙江3个大豆主栽品种东农52、合丰55、黑河48的出苗、株高、茎粗、鲜重、叶长和叶宽的影响。结果表明:(1)2,4-D丁酯施药量540 a.i.g·hm-2,3个品种大豆真叶叶长、叶宽小于对照,且黑河48的植株鲜重降低;对3个品种大豆其他指标及东农52、合丰55鲜重无影响。仅以鲜重为判定指标,黑河48较其他两个品种大豆更敏感;(2)2,4-D丁酯施药量1080 a.i.g·hm-2,3个供试品种大豆出苗率正常,但茎基部畸形膨大,株高、鲜重以及真叶叶长、叶宽生长均受抑制。敏感品种黑河48大豆受害最重,最终减产;(3)2,4-D丁酯施药量达到或超过1620 a.i.g·hm-2,3个品种大豆出苗率过低。东农52、黑河48大豆均减产;(4)施药量2160 a.i.g·hm-2,供试3个品种大豆出苗率过低,且叶长、叶宽生长受抑制时间过长,最终3个品种大豆均减产。
Pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of 2,4-D butyric acid soil sealing treatment on seedling emergence, plant height, stem diameter, fresh weight, leaf length and leaf length of three main soybean cultivars Dongnong 52, Hefeng 55 and Heihe 48 in Heilongjiang Province. Dongnong52 and Heihe48 all reduced production; (4) application rate was 2160 aig · hm-2, the seedling emergence rate of the three cultivars was too low, and the growth of leaf length and leaf width was inhibited for a long time. The final three Soybean varieties are reduced production.
