油气长输管道建设招投标的竞争越来越激烈,承包商的利润空间越来越有限,但是利益最大化是每个承包商中标项目的永恒追求目标,同时,在长输管道施工过程中,返工成本往往容易被承包商所忽视。从监理的角度,从油气长输管道施工各工序对返工成本进行了剖析,对承包商在油气长输管道施工中的成本控制具有现实的参考价值。
The competition of bidding for the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines is more and more fierce. The profit margin of contractors is more and more limited. However, the maximization of interests is the eternal goal of each contractor winning bidding projects. Meanwhile, during the construction of long- Rework costs are often easily overlooked by contractors. From the perspective of supervision, the cost of rework is analyzed from the process of oil and gas long distance pipeline construction, which has realistic reference value for the contractor’s cost control in the construction of oil and gas long distance pipeline.
