目的:探讨癌胚抗原在皮肤汗腺肿瘤中的诊断和鉴别诊断的价值。方法:应用ABC法检测了癌胚抗原在5例胎儿皮肤、32例成人皮肤、45例汗腺肿瘤、5例皮脂腺肿瘤及5例毛囊肿瘤中的表达情况。结果:胎儿、成人汗腺呈腔膜型着染,阳性率为80%和84.4%;表皮、皮脂腺、毛囊不着染;汗腺良性肿瘤呈腔膜型着染,阳性率为65.2%;汗腺恶性肿瘤呈腔膜型和胞浆型着染,胞浆着染形态不规则,阳性率为80%。皮脂腺肿瘤和毛囊肿瘤染色阴性。结论:癌胚抗原是诊断汗腺来源肿瘤的一个较特异的标记物,有助于汗腺肿瘤与其它皮肤来源肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
Objective: To investigate the value of carcinoembryonic antigen in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of skin sweat gland tumors. Methods: The expression of CEA in 5 cases of fetal skin, 32 cases of adult skin, 45 cases of sweat gland tumors, 5 cases of sebaceous gland tumors and 5 cases of hair follicle tumors were detected by ABC method. RESULTS: The fetal and adult sweat glands were stained with peritoneal membranes. The positive rates were 80% and 84.4%. The epidermis, sebaceous glands, and hair follicles were not stained. The benign gland tumors were stained with luminal membranes, and the positive rate was 65.2%. The sweat gland malignant tumors were stained by luminal and cytoplasmic types. The cytoplasmic staining pattern was irregular and the positive rate was 80%. Sebaceous tumors and hair follicle tumors stained negative. Conclusion: Carcinoembryonic antigen is a specific marker for diagnosis of sweat gland-derived tumors, which is helpful for the differential diagnosis of sweat gland tumors and other skin-derived tumors.
