基于数值模拟技术,分析了垂直缝隙式浇注系统对平板铸件凝固过程的影响,研究了冷铁、冒口与之配合使用时铸件的凝固规律。结果表明,缝隙式浇注系统对凝固过程中铸件的横向温度场影响显著,可在有限范围内实现横向的顺序凝固。但此类浇注系统对铸件纵向温度场的影响不明显,仅通过浇注系统难以调整铸件的凝固顺序。通过配合使用冷铁和冒口,可使铸件的横向和纵向均产生较大的温度梯度,可有效控制铸件的凝固过程,改善补缩效果,提高铸件致密性。
Based on the numerical simulation technology, the influence of vertical slotted casting system on the solidification process of flat castings was analyzed. The solidification rules of castings with cold iron and riser were studied. The results show that the slotted casting system has a significant influence on the lateral temperature field of the castings in the process of solidification, and the lateral solidification can be realized within a limited range. However, the influence of such casting system on the longitudinal temperature field of the castings is not obvious. It is difficult to adjust the solidification order of the castings only by the pouring system. Through the use of chilled iron and riser, can make the casting both horizontal and vertical have a greater temperature gradient, which can effectively control the casting solidification process to improve the shrinking effect and improve the tightness of castings.
