目的:探讨钙拮抗剂(CA)对促进化疗药物诱发卵巢癌细胞凋亡的作用。方法:从68例首次手术及17例复发卵巢癌患者腹水中提取富含癌细胞的悬液,应用3种荧光单克隆抗体P170、CD95、及Apo27标记,经流式细胞仪检测。结果:应用CA组化疗后癌细胞CD95及Apo27含量均高于对照组(P<005);对癌细胞P170含量无明显影响(P>005);复发组癌细胞P170含量显著高于初发手术组(P<005),化疗可使外周血淋巴细胞CD95及Apo27含量增加。结论:CA对加强化疗药物疗效有明显的作用,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the effect of calcium antagonist (CA) on promoting the apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells induced by chemotherapeutics. Methods: The cancer cell - rich suspension was extracted from the ascites of 68 patients with primary surgery and 17 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer. Three kinds of fluorescent monoclonal antibodies P170, CD95 and Apo27 were used and detected by flow cytometry. Results: The levels of CD95 and Apo27 in cancer cells treated with CA group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <005), but no significant effect on the content of P170 in cancer cells (P0.05) Significantly higher than the initial surgery group (P <0 05), chemotherapy can make peripheral blood lymphocytes CD95 and Apo2 7 levels increased. Conclusion: CA has a significant effect on enhancing the curative effect of chemotherapy drugs and has important clinical value.
