听力的语言心理认知与训练

听是语言交际中的重要环节之一。语言听力训练不仅要训练听的技能 ,更要注重克服影响听的效果的诸多心理和生理障碍。针对中国学生外语学习和应试中听力的实际情况 ,本文分析了影响听的效果的相关心理机制和生理机能 ,探讨了改进外语听力教学和自我训练的方法 ,促使语言知识向语言技能的有效转化 ,提高听的能力。 Listening is an important part of language communication. Language listening training not only to train listening skills, but also pay attention to overcome the effect of listening to the many psychological and physical barriers.
