据国家统计局投资司、中国经济景气监测中心联合发布的5月份“国房景气指数”显示,“国房景气指数”在4月份进入景气空间的基础上继续攀升,5月份达到101.68点,比4月份提高0.87点,比去年同期增加3.83点。 5月份“国房景气指数”所属的八个分类指数与上月相比为5升3降。 上升的5个分类指数是: 1、房地产开发投资:5月份分类指数值
According to the “National Housing Climate Index” issued jointly by the Investment Department of the National Bureau of Statistics of China and the China Economic Monitoring Center for Climate, the “National Housing Climate Index” continued to rise on the basis of entering the booming space in April and reached 101.68 points in May 0.87 points higher in April, an increase of 3.83 points over the same period of last year. The sub-indices belonging to the “State-owned Housing Climate Index” in May were 5-liter and 3-decrease from the previous month. The five rising sub-indices are: 1. Real estate development investment: May index value
